Qualifications

• Full Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing apprenticeship up to HNC/HND + Specialist knowledge in relevant area or equivalent degree level experience.
• Extensive experience in Hospital systems and equipment across all trade disciplines.
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures associated with Estates Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance on a continuous 24/7 basis.
• Assess and repair faults in systems and equipment.
• Monitor and adjust building management systems (BMS) and respond to alarms.
