• Strong relationship-building skills with hospital stakeholders.
• Good understanding of NHS structures and hospital decision-making pathways.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage clinical audiences.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a defined territory.
• Full UK driving licence.
