A leading healthcare provider in Oxford is seeking a Senior Receptionist to manage calls and patient interactions with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities include handling office duties and referrals, ensuring confidentiality, and assisting in emergencies. Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. This is a full-time role with various benefits including competitive leave and pension schemes.
Senior Receptionist to join our team in Luther Street Medical Centre who has an interest in services for homeless people. Within this role you shall handle all contacts confidently with compassion, patience and professionalism. You should demonstrate good communication skills supporting patients, carers, colleagues, and other professionals, be well organised with a flexible approach and you should work well as part of a team. During this role your working hours will be a mixture of shifts, Early 8:00–16:00 and Late 10:30–18:30. This is a 12 month FTC role. Specifics will be discussed during the interview process. Please note applicants that have applied in the last 3 months need not apply.
The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
