A respected health and social care provider in Stockport is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to deliver domiciliary and complex care. The role involves planning care visits, leading a team of care workers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while complying with regulations. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong organisational and communication skills. Experience Required (ESSENTIAL): Minimum 2 years within a Domiciliary/Complex Care Coordinator role. Hands‑on care experience is a plus. Please do not apply if you have not worked in a similar role. Care Assistants/Support Workers who do not also have experience as a Care Coordinator will not qualify for this role.
