Home Working Family Solicitor

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to head up your own office under a nationally recognised legal brand. You'll have full operational, compliance and marketing support to allow you to focus on what you do best – delivering excellent outcomes for clients in children and financial remedy matters.

This national firm is looking for a Family Law Solicitor (8+ years PQE) who is ready to take the next step in their legal career. It is a well-established and highly respected law firm that is expanding nationally – looking for an ambitious Solicitor to open a new office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters independently

About You

• Minimum 8 years’ PQE in private family law
• Strong experience in both children and financial remedy work
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with a track record of strong billing
