Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Children’s Home.
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.

What you’ll bring
  • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
  • At least 2 years' recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Children’s Home
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach
  • Strong knowledge of children’s home regulations and legislation
  • A positive track record with Ofsted inspections
  • The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
