This is a leadership role to open and lead a brand-new four-bed residential service for adults with complex autism-related needs, opening later this year.

As Home Manager at our Bridgend service, you will open and shape a brand-new residential home for up to four adults. From day one, you will lead a dedicated team in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment—establishing a positive culture built on compassion, respect, and excellence. You will ensure high-quality care delivery, champion best practices, and support individuals in developing the skills they need to thrive.
