Overview

The Home Manager will be responsible for all general manager operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring the home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support. We are seeking someone who can lead and inspire our dedicated staff team, to ensure we continue to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the staff team to provide outstanding, personalised care to residents.
  • Manage operational and financial aspects of the home.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar setting, with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • Hands-on approach to care; forward thinking with good knowledge of care standards legislation including Fundamental Standards.
  • Willingness to undertake NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management (completed or in progress).
  • NMC PIN is desirable.
