A leading care provider in Lymington is seeking a Home Manager for its residential school. You will oversee care plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a dedicated team to support children with challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate has a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and at least 2 years of team management experience. Competitive salary and supportive environment offered.

Location: Southlands School, Lymington
Hours: 40 per week - 52 weeks per annum
Salary: £36,296 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to fit into our Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Southlands Residential School with a registered children’s home.
The successful candidate will inspire and lead our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to thrive and achieve positive outcomes with the perfect balance of leadership, innovation and professionalism.
About the School
At Southlands, we provide residential care for mixed gender children and young people ages 7-19 who have a diagnosis of ASD and have experienced some of life’s most challenging circumstances and adverse conditions. Through joining us you will lead a confident and experienced care team, working closely with our clinical and educational colleagues to improve outcomes for our children. Focus on rebuilding resilience for the children and creating a safe and bright future for next stage of their journey. You will also work closely with social care, local police and other partners to ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of our children.
