Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Runwood Homes. As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, including managing staff, providing support, and encouraging their professional growth. You will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring that each individual receives excellent levels of care. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the home and lead the management team
  • Manage staff, provide support, and encourage their professional growth
  • Uphold high standards of care and ensure residents receive excellent levels of care
Qualifications
  • Experience in home management, with a track record of achieving Good CQC reports
  • Management qualification; NVQ Level 5 qualified or working towards it
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with others
  • Good organisational skills and time management
