We are recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead our established residential care home in Bath , offering residential, dementia, respite and day care services. The home is set within beautiful grounds, providing an exceptional environment for residents and staff.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance and operational performance of the home. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong standards across all areas of service delivery.
