Qualifications

• Ideally have recent Class 2 driving experience.
• Willingness to handle large, heavy items safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: £41,837.12
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working on a rotation of 4 on 2 off, 4 on 2 off and 5 on 2 off - starting at 6am
Location: Faverdale

We're now looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our large item home delivery team. Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll be responsible for delivering and installing bulky items like washing machines, fridges etc with care and professionalism. You'll provide peace of mind to customers, knowing their valuable purchases are in capable hands.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customers homes
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products - large, heavy items

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid Class 2 Driving Licence, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Ideally have recent Class 2 driving experience
• Be happy working within a highly physical role
