Overview

Home based Senior Supervising Social Worker

Location: North London / Hertfordshire

Salary package: around £39,838 per annum + £4,184 London weighting per annum (if eligible)

(this will increase to £43,958 per annum + London weighting after 18 months in the service)

NonStop Consulting has a role available for a Senior Supervising Social Worker who can join one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the UK.

This is a fully home based role - meaning you will not have to travel to an office. This will allow you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities

The Senior Supervising Social Worker will oversee a manageable caseload of 10 foster families. The role is just to provide support and supervision to the foster carers, so there are no form fs included in your workload - they use independent form f assessors for that, making your role less busy.

The foster families are located around North London area, Hertfordshire and Essex. Travel to these areas to do the visits will be required.
