Job summary

A regional healthcare service in Carlisle is seeking a Community Practitioner to join their Crisis Team. Qualifications

  • Professional Qualification and current Professional Registration.
  • Evidence of post-registration training in clinical interventions.
  • Proven track record of relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all aspects of Crisis work and triaging of referrals.
  • Completion of holistic and comprehensive assessments.
  • Coordinate shifts and manage demands for the service.

Skills

Comprehensive assessment of complex mental health needs
Identify treatment options as per NICE Guidelines
High standard of written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure
Clinical Leadership

Education

First Level Registered Nurse (RNMH, RMN, RNLD) or equivalent
Post Registration Qualifications in Psychological Interventions
