Home Administrator

Part time - 19 hours per week

Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the home
  • Assisting with the recruitment process (ID checks, system data input)
  • Assisting the Home Manager with the time sheets
  • Assisting the Home Manager with banking
  • Flexible and calm, your ability to multitask will enable you to perform a range of duties from recruitment to general secretarial support.
Your Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar post is desirable
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Accurate and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Knowledge of invoicing and financial systems
