Responsibilities
- The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. This includes providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively.
- Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and achieving daily sales goals.
- Complete opening and closing routines.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Demonstrate business understanding and proactive thinking.
- Maintain attention to detail and proficient use of the Point of Sale system.
- Ensure asset protection and maintain visual displays.
- Utilize system skills to support store operations.
- Manage work schedule requirements to support business needs.
- Assist with peak-time coverage as needed to meet business needs.
Work Schedule
- Schedule will vary weekly, with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays.
- Hours may increase during peak timeframes to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
