Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND (ASD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH or complex needs).
• HLTA qualification or strong TA experience with confidence leading learning.
• Patient, resilient, and child-centred approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and lead small-group interventions.
• Support pupils with communication, sensory and emotional regulation needs.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
• Help adapt resources and learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in every learner.
