Your Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering outstanding lessons and interventions.
Take responsibility for teaching small groups and covering classes when needed.
Support the pastoral and educational development of children across the primary age range.
Assist in developing strategies to help children with SEN or additional needs thrive.
Collaborate with staff and parents to support pupil progress.
What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a dedicated HLTA with:
Experience working across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 settings.
A creative, nurturing, and flexible approach to supporting learning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional child-related references.
Hold recent Safeguarding training (desirable, training can be provided).
