Job description

As a specialist recruiter within the highways and infrastructure sector, I'm currently working with a well-established highways contractor who is looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Highways Supervisor for a continuous run of works and contract.

The Role

• Supporting multiple ECI highways projects on a minimum 3-month contract
• Predominantly daytime, office-based role with site visits as required
• Providing on-site and remote support to site teams during early works and mobilisation
• Assisting with planning, coordination and implementation of highways construction activities
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety, quality and programme requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising highways works
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Gold, Black or Academic card
• Strong understanding of highways construction processes and site operations

Desirable (but not essential)

• Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator
• LANTRA or LAP qualification
• First Aid at Work
