We are looking to recruit a Highly Specialist Clinical Practitioner to join our Health & Justice team at HMYOI Feltham A. By joining our Prisons Health Care Team, you will look after the healthcare needs of patients residing in secure environments and contribute to promoting health and well-being. Our healthcare services operate on a 7-day week model to ensure patient healthcare is always managed and maintained to high standards. Our motto is "Caring NOT Judging" and we work in partnership with the criminal justice system and other agencies to provide high-quality primary care and mental health services to those who may have offended or are at risk of offending.

Provide a comprehensive specialist therapeutic service to young people at HMYOI Feltham in line with the principles and specifications of the SECURE STAIRS project. Provide specialist psychological assessment & therapy, offer advice & consultation on young people\'s psychological care to other core team members, coordinate multi-disciplinary collaborative formulation, develop and facilitate therapeutic groups, work \'through the gate\' on transition and resettlement, supervise assistant psychologists, students & graduate psychologists, participate in HWBT activities, work autonomously within professional guidelines and the service\'s policies, utilise research skills for audit and service development, provide clinical supervision, and offer training to prison staff and other professionals around therapeutic skills and adolescent mental health.
Additional responsibilities include attending team meetings and reflective practice groups, and contributing to a reflective culture within the healthcare team at Feltham.
