Job description
Overview

The successful candidate will have skills and experience in assessment, management of this varied and complex caseload. They will work closely with the wider Children's Therapy Team including colleagues across four AHP professions in children's services, Consultants, Specialist Medical Teams, Nurse Specialists, Nursing Staff, other members of the MDT, and education colleagues in early years settings and schools in Wandsworth to provide a multi-disciplinary approach.

Greenmead Primary School

Greenmead Primary School is a special needs school, rated outstanding by Ofsted. The school provides a high quality educational experience for children with additional needs aged 2-11 years. A friendly and experienced team of therapists are based at the school, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Therapy Assistants. The therapists and school staff work closely together to provide an integrated educational and therapeutic model to meet the needs of each pupil. Children attending the school present with a wide range of conditions and functional abilities, including those with complex physical disabilities.
