Job summary

A local education authority seeks a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support students with English as an Additional Language. Responsibilities include detailed pupil observations and direct interventions in mainstream settings. Candidates should have experience with special needs in a classroom. This position offers a fixed-term contract of 3 years and 37 hours per week, with a salary range of £31,022 - £33,699 pro rata for term time only.

  • Support the team with the delivery of relevant training to parents/carers, school staff and other key stakeholders.
