A secondary school in Haringey is seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide support across multiple subjects.

Your Role:
  • Lead small intervention groups and support targeted learning

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence

  • Assist with classroom planning, marking, and assessment

  • Promote positive behaviour and student engagement

Candidate Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills

  • Confident working independently with classes
