We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Learning Support Assistant (HLLSA) to join our dynamic team based on the Kingston Maurward campus of our college. You will play a key role in supporting learners with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, disabilities, autism, and social, emotional, or mental health challenges.
Working closely with teaching staff, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of learning activities, implement support strategies, and promote independence and inclusion across the college. You will be a compassionate and proactive individual with a genuine commitment to inclusive education. You’ll have experience supporting young people or adults with additional learning needs in an educational setting and be confident in adapting your approach to meet diverse learner needs.

This position is term-time only for 39 working weeks, paid for 44.65 weeks.
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Salary: £22,444.89 per annum (£26,210 FTE).
