Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent part time Higher - Level Care Support Worker to join our dynamic growing team in the children's accident and emergency department.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct height, weight and vital signs
  • Work closely with the Registered nurse to deliver, monitor and evaluate care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families and members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Use your skills and knowledge to escalate concerns or manage risk
  • Work together with others - offering support as able.
  • Develop a range of additional skills to support the delivery of safe and effective care in line Band 3 CSW expectations.

The successful applicant for this post will be kind, caring, confident and consistently able to act as a role model within the professional environment. They will also be a team player and who is ready to learn new skills and take on new challenges to support the team and the delivery of effective, timely care.
