Job summary

A vehicle service company in Trafford Park is looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join their busy service department. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial vehicles and trailers, ensuring work meets manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will hold a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, possess experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and be capable of working both independently and within a team. This position offers a competitive salary between £48,000 and £55,000 per year and various benefits including weekly pay and sick pay scheme.

Qualifications

  • Experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles.
  • Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

  • Diagnose faults and perform vehicle tests.
