Overview

Due to increasing work volumes we are looking for a self motivated individual to join our growing business in Colchester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out HGV & PSV Inspections & Servicing
• Vehicle Diagnostics
• MOT Preparation
• General vehicle repairs and maintenance

Hours

Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with occasional Saturdays as and when required

Requirements / Qualifications

• Have previous experience working in a busy workshop
• Have a full UK driving license (HGV preferable but not essential)
• Have a strong awareness of health & Safety
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Take pride in their work
• Welding qualification desirable but not essential
• Rate of Pay negotiable depending on experience
