A well-established fleet maintenance company is seeking an HGV Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on their fleet of vehicles. Qualifications

HGV Technician

Location: Rotherham

Pay: £20.95 per hour - £40,852 per year

Shift: Monday to Friday – 5pm - 1am - 37.5 hours

Overtime paid at 1.5

About your new company

My client is a well‑established fleet maintenance company with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, due to new contract wins and continuous growth they are looking to hire an additional HGV Technician . Their HGV maintenance facility is a 5 bay workshop with 3 x full length inspection pits and 1x lifting ramp, they have diagnostic equipment, a digital roller brake tester, vehicle wash and welding equipment to ensure the reliability, safety and roadworthiness of their client’s vehicles.

About your new HGV Technician role

You will provide technical work to the highest standards in line with strict health and safety requirements for equipment, machines and tools.

You will carry out maintenance, repairs and modification work on the fleet of vehicles and trailers and provide technical support from fault analysis through to pre‑MOT prep and full vehicle overhauls.

General HGV Technician duties

The successful HGV Technician will have
