Responsibilities

• You get people: you’ll be out on driveways, chatting with customers, giving advice, and representing the RAC with pride.
• You mix things up: everyday tasks include servicing, diagnostics, repairs, checks, stock management, reporting, and maintaining customer communication.
• You think on your feet: you’ll make the right call for each customer, handling different fixes and challenges daily.
