Overview

At EVRi we lead the way in delivery, and always on the lookout for new talent! We're market leaders and we invest to keep on growing. We aim to think inside and outside the box, striving to be the carrier of choice for every consumer in the UK. We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 2 Night Drivers (or Cat C Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Brooklands depot. Day shifts typically start between 00:00-02:00.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport palletised parcels to Couriers or collect from Delivery Units (that’s where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4 - 5 drops, ensuring the safe and efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.
• Full-time HGV Class 2 driver roles are 40 hours a week; flexible contracts and part-time hours are available. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, with rotas given in advance.
• youll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 2 (Cat C) entitlements, Driver’s CPC and digital tachograph. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome; however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.

£17.98 per hour with an overtime rate of £26.97 once full-time hours are completed.
