Qualifications

• Class 2 / Cat C HGV Licence required.
• ADR in Core, Class 3 (Flammable liquids) and Tanks needed.
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Loading fuel tankers at the depot in compliance with procedures.
• Delivering fuel to various customers safely.
• Conducting vehicle walk-around checks before and after each shift.

Job description

Role: Class 2 ADR Fuel Tanker Driver

Location: Watford

Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday

Salary: £37,876 + overtime

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Class 2 ADR Fuel Tanker Driver to join our clients successful team.

Duties of a Class 2 ADR Fuel Tanker Driver

• Loading fuel tankers at the depot in line with all health & safety and operational procedures
• Safely delivering fuel to domestic, commercial and agricultural customers
• Carrying out full daily vehicle walk‑around and safety checks before and after each shift
• Completing all delivery, loading and compliance paperwork accurately

What we would like from you

• Class 2 / Cat C HGV Licence
• ADR in Core, Class 3 (Flammable liquids) and Tanks
• Petroleum Driver Passport (preferable but not essential)
• Previous tanker driving experience would be a distinct advantage
• Valid DCPC Card
• Valid Digital Tacho Card
• Multi drop experience
• Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
