Overview

Our client in Swindon is looking for HGV Class 1 and 2 Drivers. This opportunity is currently an ongoing assignment, with potential permanent opportunities for workers who prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic. Newly passed drivers accepted. The role will start following a successful assessment.

Requirements

Pay

• HGV1 £16.11
• Rising after 12 weeks

Shift Pattern

• Sunday to Wednesday 23:59 Start
• Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday 23:59 Start
• Monday to Thursday 23:59 Start

Duties

• You will be placed within general haulage
• All vehicle checks completed to ensure the vehicle is safe to use
• Drive in a safe, responsible manner on behalf of the client you are representing
• Follow driver working time directive at all times
• Responsible for the delivery of parcels to relevant locations throughout the shift
• Night shift duties include delivering 13 pallets to a location, 3 times per night
• Use a pump truck and tail lift to make deliveries
• 10 hours per day
