Overview

Pay Rate: £43,360.92 plus the opportunity to do overtime at time and a half
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Friday to Monday - 42.5 hours per week plus option to do 5th day as overtime - MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK A MIXTURE OF MORNINGS AND AFTERNOONS.

We're now looking for a Class 1 Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Experienced flexible Class 1 Drivers to carry a mixture of bulk trunks along with store drops between 2-4 per shift in general from our Multi User site in Reading
• Deliveries are palletised and you will be provided with a pump truck
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving License, Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• A minimum of 3 months experience needed for this role.
