Job summary

A leading construction and development company in the UK is looking for a Help Desk Administrator to manage daily operations of the help desk and CAFM system. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume data input and will thrive in a customer service environment. Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude are essential. Security clearance is required for this role, which supports the Kent County Council contract.

Qualifications
