A leading service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Administrator based in Orpington, Kent, to provide exceptional administrative support to the Operational team. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, and effective communication abilities. Responsibilities include managing client requests, CRM updates, and producing reports. £26,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
Our Chequers division are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to deliver administrative support to the Operational team. You will deliver the highest levels of customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a smooth running of our contracts.
Do you have previous administration experience? Are you confident in speaking with all levels of stakeholders? Do you have strong IT skills including MS Excel?
