Job Description : Mission : Ensure the proper functioning of client products, solving on site issues as after sales service. Leonardo is seeking a mission systems focused Field Service Representative (FSR) to join Leonardo Saudi Arabia Ltd (LDOS) as part of a team based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role you will provide direct support related to the operational aspects of the avionics equipment installed on the customer’s helicopters operating in KSA.
This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) apply, this includes meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC). Perform activities in a customer site to address a post-sales maintenance service / sold maintenance service
Assess Maintenance requirements according customer service requests, needs and availability of internal and external (3rd party service) resources.
Analyze product issues and interface customer at Product / System operative field to support MRO activities and in-service availability / reliability
Perform activities in-house to address a post-sales maintenance service / sold maintenance service
Release and return to service of systems / products after Maintenance by testing and certifying that works correctly LCM (Execution / Delivery)
Manage and perform Field activities including installation & set-up, delivery, refurbishment, dismantling, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul, Trouble Shooting and on-site technical support
