  • Perform servicing and repairs on air-source and ground-source heat pumps
  • Carry out fault-finding and diagnostic assessments
  • Complete occasional installation work as required
  • Represent the company in a customer-facing role
  • Travel to customer locations within a typical two‑hour radius of your home
Qualifications
  • Experience with heating systems (heat pumps or gas)
  • A background in heat pump engineering (service/repairs) would be ideal
  • Installation or gas heating engineer looking to develop into heat pumps is great
  • F‑Gas/NVQ qualifications would be an advantage
  • Electrical fault-finding experience is desirable
  • A can‑do attitude and willingness to learn new technology
  • Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential
  • Full UK driving licence
