Qualifications

  • Post-qualification analytical financial management experience.

  • Experience with budget setting in large, complex organisations.
  • Experience producing financial monitoring reports for senior management.
  • Knowledge and experience of financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers in delivering financial strategy through financial management.
  • Assist in developing savings plans and monitor delivery.
  • Prepare business cases with full cost analysis.
  • Provide financial analysis for business cases and projects.
  • Lead the annual budgetary cycle and challenge assumptions.
  • Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting.
  • Oversee budgetary control system compliance.
  • Support commercial propositions and manage key contracts.
  • Indirectly lead a finance team and assist in recruitment.
  • Provide financial training to budget holders.
