A UK healthcare provider is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support nursing staff and provide high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for assisting in patient care, mentoring new staff, and ensuring safety and dignity in care delivery. This role requires a compassionate individual with strong customer care skills and current experience in a UK healthcare setting. A hybrid work environment is encouraged to support work-life balance.
As a Health Care Assistant you will work under direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse/Nursing Associate. The care you give to patients will be compassionate, caring, and high quality. You will recognise your abilities and limitations of your competence and only carry out those tasks for which you are trained. As a member of the ward team you will support the other staff, act in the best interest of patients and treat everyone with respect. As a Trust employee you will honour your work commitments, be reliable, trustworthy and uphold the values and beliefs of the Trust and the Skills for Health Code of Conduct. Please note this is a front facing clinical role where a high level of spoken and written English language is required. Please do not use AI software for completion of your application for this role.
You currently must be in the UK and have current experience of working in a UK Healthcare setting as an HCA.
