About the Role

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Senior Carers and Care Assistants to provide exceptional support to our residents living with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-established residential care home, delivering personalised care in a safe, respectful environment.

Details

Full-time, 36 hours per week

12-hour shifts (day and night) - flexible rotas available

Paid breaks and statutory holiday entitlement

Enrolment into the company pension scheme

Ongoing training and professional development

Pay: Care Assistant: £12.30- £12.50 per hour

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience working in care, preferably with dementia, mental health, eating disorders, or physical disabilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and sensitively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Right to work in the UK
