A national care provider in Hereford seeks caring individuals for a personal support role. You will assist a quadriplegic client with daily needs, including personal care and respiratory management. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of £14.00 - £16.00 per hour with holiday pay, and comprehensive training. Candidates must have at least 3 months of care experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour | Holiday pay paid on top, no hidden deductions
Shifts: Monday to Sunday | 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm
We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join the care team of a sociable 40-year-old lady who is quadriplegic from a C1 spinal injury and fully ventilator-dependent. She lives with her parents who currently provide 24-hour care.
Your role will be to provide gentle, respectful support with personal care, respiratory management, suctioning, medication, mobility, pressure relief, and monitoring throughout the day. She loves staying connected online and going out with her family. Maintaining her independence and close relationships means a lot to her.
For this position we offer localised training within Hereford. Our client has the right to request either female or male staff; this vacancy currently requests females only.
