Qualifications

• Experience in using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures.
• Ability to support clients in external settings like medical appointments.
• Experience in caring for patients at home and engaging with family members.
• Familiarity with care plans and efficient communication with clinical leads.
• Possession of PEG-J insitu certification.
• Tracheostomy expertise.
• Suctioning skills.
• Ventilation experience, especially with Nippy 4+ Ventilator.
• Knowledge of oxygen therapy and BiPAP Nebuliser.

Responsibilities

• Use complex care equipment and perform complex procedures.
• Support clients outside the home as needed.
• Care for patients at home and build rapport with families.
• Follow care plans and escalate changes to clinical leads.

We are looking for HCA's / Carers with experience working with adults or children with the following:

Responsibilities

• Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures
• Supporting clients outside of the home where required i.e., medical appointments
• Caring for patients within their own home and building a rapport with family members
• Ensure care plans and other information are followed and any changes are escalated to clinical leads efficiently and safely
