Job Description

• Healthcare Assistant
• Location: Blackburn, BB17
• Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour
• Shifts: Part Time, Nights | 2 - 3 Shifts Per Week | 10pm – 8am

Meet Our Client

We are supporting a 17-year-old boy with clinical and complex care needs. He is a calm and happy young boy who lives in a modern family home with his mom and sister. He enjoys watching cartoons, listening to music, and engaging in sensory play with his soft blankets and fluffy toys.

He is non-verbal and experiences both physical and developmental impairments, requiring full assistance with personal care, mobility, and clinical interventions. His care team must also provide ongoing support and close monitoring throughout the night.

At night, he will be settled in bed before his care team arrives. During the night regular monitoring is essential to ensure his safety and comfort. He may wake briefly and want to play before settling back to sleep.
