Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Supporting delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across Customers and Corporate
  • Advising leaders on compliance and best practice
  • Managing policies, processes and investigations
  • Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and trade unions
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing principles, systems and legislation
  • Experience providing advice and support in a similar environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into practical actions
  • NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety (or working towards)
  • Membership of IOSH (or working towards)
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, gas safety, COSHH, CDM, RAMS and occupational health
  • NEBOSH or IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management
