Vanrath's client is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality strategy across their Enniskillen site. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Monday - Friday - Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies, systems, and training programs.
  • Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies across all operational areas.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct incident investigations and deliver corrective and preventive actions.
  • Champion environmental initiatives including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
  • Prepare and present SHEQ performance reports to senior management.
  • Promote best practice and continuous improvement through innovation and engagement.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' SHEQ management experience (manufacturing or quarry preferred but open to any industry )
  • NEBOSH qualified
