Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of health, safety, and risk management.
- Conducting workplace audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Developing tailored health & safety policies, procedures and training.
- Ensuring compliance with the latest H&S legislation and best practices.
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Conducting comprehensive health and safety audits and fire risk assessments.
- Developing and implementing health and safety management systems and policies.
- Providing practical advice on a wide range of health and safety issues.
- Delivering engaging training sessions and workshops for client employees.
- Identifying and pursuing organic growth opportunities within client contracts.
- Advocating for and demonstrating the use of our software and online platforms.
- Acting as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Staying updated on health and safety legislation and best practices, advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Consultant or Advisor across various industries.
- Recognised H&S qualification (NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate).
- Experience working as a CDM Advisor and Principal Designer.
- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, working towards CMIOSH status.
- Relevant fire safety qualifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and OH&S software systems.
