Responsibilities

• Advising clients on all aspects of health, safety, and risk management.
• Conducting workplace audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Developing tailored health & safety policies, procedures and training.
• Ensuring compliance with the latest H&S legislation and best practices.
• Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Conducting comprehensive health and safety audits and fire risk assessments.
• Developing and implementing health and safety management systems and policies.
• Providing practical advice on a wide range of health and safety issues.
• Delivering engaging training sessions and workshops for client employees.
• Identifying and pursuing organic growth opportunities within client contracts.
• Advocating for and demonstrating the use of our software and online platforms.
• Acting as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Staying updated on health and safety legislation and best practices, advising clients accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Consultant or Advisor across various industries.
• Recognised H&S qualification (NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate).
• Experience working as a CDM Advisor and Principal Designer.
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and best practice.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, working towards CMIOSH status.
• Relevant fire safety qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Office and OH&S software systems.
