Overview

With a starting salary of £24,099 pro rata per annum, Health & Fitness Advisors (Gym Instructors) help people to live well and for longer. You will create energetic experiences for customers on the gym floor, assisting people of all ages and abilities with their health and fitness needs—from new gym users to rehabilitation and advanced training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging inductions and design personalised programmes to help customers achieve their goals.
• Maintain vibrant, safe, and clean gym environments that members want to return to.
• Work as part of a team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Health & Fitness Advisors need to be qualified to Level 2 (L2).
