A well-known hotel collection in Glasgow is seeking a sales-driven individual to promote health club memberships and enhance customer engagement. You will drive interest within the community and collaborate with sales teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities. Previous sales experience in hospitality is preferred. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales related role, ideally within hospitality.
  • Health club experience either personally or professionally would be preferred.
  • KPI and target driven.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and think outside the box, come up with ideas to maximise opportunities.
  • IT savvy! Database management system experience would be ideal!

Responsibilities

What will I do?

Promoting the hotel facilities, you’ll drive health club memberships whether that be inbound enquiries or working with the local community to drive interest. Working closely with the wider sales teams you will ensure we are also maximising cross selling opportunities at every opportunity.
