Overview

As a Health Champion, you'll be joining an enthusiastic and hardworking team of colleagues that work together to make a positive difference to the lives of their patients. From working the counter to keeping the shelves stocked and ready for customers, there is a wide range of duties for you to be involved in:

Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations. Ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Assisting with sales and general store duties including creating product displays and cash transactions.

Working hours: The working hours for this position will primarily be Saturdays from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Qualifications
  • A natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues.
  • An upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients.
  • An enthusiasm and talent for problem solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
  • A methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your own initiative and teamwork skills to aid you.

Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system would be desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
