The shift pattern for this post consist of 37 hours per week, rotational shifts

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Health care Support Workers to join the ECMS – Medical Specialities teams within the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Ward 27. We are looking for staff with current experience as a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker within an NHS environment.

The successful candidates will become part of the nursing team who will support the assessment, planning and delivery of specialist care. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to engage in a positive ward culture and support the clinical team and engage in programmes of care to enhance the patient journey and patient experience contributing towards delivery of positive outcomes using the Excellence in Care framework. You will be responsible to the Senior Charge Nurse and be expected to work on your own merit, be supported by your colleagues and remain engaged in productive team dynamics. The successful candidate should be innovative and be creative within their organisational role.
